Anda joined Citizens Rights Project as a volunteer in 2021 and now serves as a board member, contributing to the organisation’s mission to support migrant communities across Scotland. She is a Scotland-based charity professional with extensive experience in finance, administration, and organisational management. Since 2015, she has worked as Finance & Administration Manager at Venture Scotland, supporting the charity’s outdoor-based programmes for young people by overseeing key operational functions such as finance, HR, IT, and facilities. Anda is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees and a director of Rosyth Community Projects Ltd (EATS Rosyth), where she helps shape the charity’s strategic direction and its community-focused work in sustainability, food education and social inclusion.
