Information is vital to make sure people enjoy their rights. This is why in our organisation we place special emphasis on our outreach activity. Since our foundation, we have organised more than 300 events, visited almost all local authorities in Scotland and spoke to thousands of EU citizens, employers, consulates, local authorities and third sector organisations. Please read our outreach offer for migrant communities, employers, or support organisations and contact us to arrange free clinics, information sessions or trainings.
Information sessions, workshops, and drop-in clinics for migrants
We are very keen to bring free events to communities across Scotland. Our goal is to provide migrants with easy access to information, advice and support, right in their local area. Our events can be tailored for specific community groups or open to all migrants—ensuring everyone has the help they need, without the hassle of long travel.
Our multilingual team can organise tailored support clinics, information sessions or workshops in some or all the topics below:
- EU Settlement Scheme: this includes late applications, family reunion applications, switching from pre-settled to settled, accessing or updating their eVisa/digital status, proving your status
- eVisas for migrants with physical immigration documents
- Welfare rights: housing, employment, benefits, energy advice, pensions, maternity rights, debt advice and others.
How Do These Events Look?
Our events are designed to be flexible and can be tailored to suit your specific needs. Whether you’re looking for a one-time session or a combination of different formats, we can create an experience that works best for you.
- Support Clinic: An in-person event where individuals can either make an appointment or drop in to ask questions or receive support.
- Workshop: A small, in-person event designed for 6 to 12 participants. They are run by an expert on the topic and are aimed to create a comfortable space where participants can openly speak, ask questions, and share experiences. This format encourages meaningful interactions and connections with others in similar situations. The small group size allows us to better understand participants’ needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Information Session: These events can be held online or in person and are designed for larger audiences. They typically feature a presentation on a specific topic, followed by a short Q&A session where attendees can ask questions and engage with the presenter.

Training and briefing sessions for employers, local authorities and organisations

We offer expert-led training to help employers, local authorities, and organisations navigate two crucial areas of UK immigration:
- EU Settlement Scheme: Our sessions provide in-depth guidance on the rights of EU/EEA/Swiss nationals and their family members post-Brexit. They help participants understand their obligations and responsibilities.
- eVisas: These sessions cover everything you need to know about the digital immigration status system, including how to create, access, manage, and verify eVisas. We also provide practical tips for resolving common challenges.
Our free sessions are tailored for specific audiences. You’ll gain valuable insights, receive free multilingual materials, and learn how to seamlessly refer complex cases to our team of specialists.
Flexible and convenient, our sessions can be delivered online or in person.
