Come to our events in the Lothians and the Borders to receive free help in applying for ‘pre/settled status’. To apply, bring your passport or other ID, National Insurance Number, proof of address and telephone. The information you share with us is confidential. Social distancing measures apply. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The events are free and open to all EU, EEA and Swiss nationals and their family members eligible to apply for pre/settled status, i.e. those who came to the UK before 31/12/2020. Registration is optional, but it will guarantee you your place and it will help us to ensure social distancing. Those with booked places will be given priority. Those without booking may be asked to wait outside. When you register, you can select language assistance you require for the session. Register to avoid queues.

We speak English, Polish, Romanian and Spanish. Help in other languages might be provided if you register for the event and let us know your needs in advance.

Feniks holds an OISC registration that authorises us to provide advice relating to the EUSS scheme – new immigration scheme for EU and EEA nationals and their family members.

Our help and the application are free. Our advisers will explain the scheme for you, and if you want to, they will help you apply on the spot.

Come even if you cannot register in advance – we can help you in between other clients, respond to some of your questions or, in some cases, register you for 1-1 sessions on a different date.

Przyjdź na nasze spotkania w Lothians i Borders, by uzyskać pomoc w złożeniu wniosku. Nasza pomoc oraz cała procedura są bezpłatne. Zarezerwuj miejsce dziś. By złożyć wniosek, przynieś: paszport lub dowód, numer National Insurance oraz potwierdzenie adresu. Zapewniamy poufność informacji. Lista dat i lokalizacji znajduje się powyżej. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE Los eventos son gratuitos y están abiertos a los y las nacionales de la Unión Europea, de la Comunidad Económica Europea y de Suiza así como a sus familiares con derecho a solicitar el pre/settled status; es decir, aquellas personas que llegaron al Reino Unido antes del 31 diciembre del 2020. Registrarse es opcional, pero te garantiza obtener un turno y nos ayudará a asegurar el distanciamiento social. Si reservas se te dará prioridad. Si no reservas puede que tengas que esperar fuera del edificio. Cuando te registres, puedes seleccionar si necesitas asistencia en tu idioma para la sesión. Regístrate para evitar colas. Trae tu mascarilla.

Hablamos inglés, polaco, rumano y español. Puede que podamos conseguir asistencia en otros idiomas si te registras para el evento y nos informas de tus requerimientos lingüísticos con antelación.

Feniks tiene un registro en el OISC que nos autoriza para poder proporcionar ayuda relacionada con el EUSS scheme – la estrategia de inmigración para los y las nacionales de la UE y de la Comunidad Económica Europea y sus familiares.

Veniți la evenimentele noastre în Lothians și Scotish Borders să primiți ajutor gratuit în a aplica pentru statutul de pre-stabilit/stabilit. Pentru a aplica ia cu tine pașaportul sau cartea de identitate, numărul național de asigurare( NINO), dovada de adresă și telefonul. Informațiile pe care le veți împărtași cu noi sunt confidențiale. Se vor aplica măsurile de distanțare socială. Rezervă-ți biletul pentru a-ți asigura locul. Evenimentele vor avea loc numai dacă există persoane înregistrate pentru o anumită dată.

Feniks este înregistrat la oficiul comisarilor pentru serviciul de imigrare( OISC). Aceastî înregistrare ne autorizează să oferim sfaturi în ceea ce privește sistemul de imigrație a cetățenilor EU/EEA și Elvețieni în Marea Britanie după Brexit.

Ajutorul oferit de noi si aplicațile sunt gratuite. Cosilierii noștrii vă vor explica procesul de aplicare, și daca e nevoie vă va ajuta să aplicați.

Vă rugăm să vă înregistrați sau să ne contactați dacă sunteți interesat să participați la unul dintre evenimente. Din cauza restricțiilor COVID-19, organizatorii ar putea fi obligați să anuleze evenimentul dacă nu există înregistrări pentru o anumită dată.
