Free webinar on the new Points-Based Immigration System

In our next webinar we aim to increase the understanding of the new Points Based Immigration System that applies to those EU/EEA and Swiss nationals who are not eligible for the status under the EU Settlement Scheme. We will present some of the visa routes with their requirements and explain the basics of the application process.

This webinar will provide an overview of the Points Based Immigration System in the context of EEA and Switzerland workers.

Speakers:

Gemma Hyslop: Manager and Solicitor who has worked at Fragomen for eight years. Prior to joining Fragomen, Gemma worked at a boutique law firm with an emphasis on family and European law applications, and spent time with a legal aid charity assisting with asylum and human rights-based applications and appeals.

Ali Ali: Paralegal at Fragomen who has 2 years of immigration law experience. Ali has worked on applications ranging from the Points-Based system, the European Union Settlement scheme, Settlement to Naturalisation. He has worked with clients in diverse sectors, including hospitality, engineering, finance, consumer products and IT.
