This webinar is aimed at students in Scottish universities who:
– have pre-settled or settled status
– are elegible to apply
Either because they started residing in the UK by 31/12/2020 or because they are a family member of someone with pre-settled or settled status, or elegible to apply, under their own right.

This online seminar will explain in general terms what the EU Settlement Scheme is, who is entitled to apply, how and when, family reunion rights, and also, the following topics:
– Continuos residency and absences due to Covid-19 and other reasons.
– Losing a pre-settled status.
– Switching from pre-settled to settled.
– Late applications and grounds to apply.
– Travelling outside the UK and re-entering the country after Brexit.
