Travelling outside the UK after Brexit for people with pre-settled or settled status or eligible to apply
Border rules for EU/EEA/Swiss nationals and their family members entering the UK have changed as a result of Brexit. Switching from pre-settled to settled status
If you were granted pre-settled status, also known as limited leave to remain, after applying to the EU Settlement Scheme, you will need to apply for settled status (indefinite leave to remain) before your pre-settled expires.

Fare domanda per l’EUSS dopo la scadenza del 30 giugno
Coloro che hanno i requisiti necessari per l’EU Settlement Scheme possono ancora presentare domanda per ottenere lo status di settled o pre-settled anche dopo la scadenza del 30 giugno 2021.
Le domande tardive, tuttavia, sono soggette a valutazione discrezionale. Ciò significa che i richiedenti devono spiegare e dimostrare i motivi per i quali non hanno potuto presentare domanda prima della scadenza.
