If you haven’t, you are not sure or you have any questions, book an appointment with us.
We provide fully confidential support to EU citizens and their family members by offering inmigration advice about the EU Settlement Scheme.
Our services are FREE. We can speak several languages, let us know if you need an interpreter and we will do our best to have one available for your appointment
We can help you with:
?a late application for pre-settled or settled status.
?adding evidence to your existing application.
?changing from pre-settled to settled status.
?proving your status and accessing and updating your digital profile.
?applying for a family member.

Please book a ticket to secure your place and follow updates about the event. If we do not have enough bookings 5 days before the event, the event may be subject to cancellation.

If you need to submit an application, make sure that you bring your passport or other ID, National Insurance Number, proof of address and telephone. The information you share with us is confidential. Social distancing measures apply. Book your tickets now to secure your place.

?????19 ???????????: Please note that these events will take place subject to Covid-19 advice and restrictions at the time. If the events go ahead, physical distancing and phase covering rules will apply. Bookings are recommended to facilitate tack and trace ⁣

⁣The events are free and open to all EU, EEA and Swiss nationals and their family members eligible to apply for pre/settled status, i.e. those who came to the UK before 31/12/2020. Registration is optional, but it will guarantee you your place and it will help us to ensure social distancing. Those with booked places will be given priority. Those without booking may be asked to wait outside. Help in other languages might be provided if you register for the event and let us know your needs in advance.
Citizens Rights Project holds an OISC registration that authorises us to provide advice relating to the EUSS scheme – new immigration scheme for EU and EEA nationals and their family members.
Our help and the application are free. Our advisers will explain the scheme for you, and if you want to, they will help you apply on the spot.
Come even if you cannot register in advance – we will try to help you in between other clients, respond to some of your questions or, in some cases, register you for 1-1 sessions on a different date.
***This event has been organised in partnership with No Recourse North East, with the financial support of the Scottish Government
