Learn about the challenges and complexities EUSS applicants face with Citizens Rights Project Outreach officer, EUSS adviser Pawel Kopec, along with Immigration Advice Manager for Settled in Scotland, Andrew Jordan, a registered OISC Level 3 immigration adviser. This webinar will cover eligibility and practical issues with late applications, pending applications, switching from pre-settled to settled, and the digital profile. Andrew Jordan and Pawel Kopec have experience on the ground and will address the most common issues they have identified when providing advice and support. They will provide comprehensive information based on their experience working with EUSS applicants.

* This webinar series, aimed at legal practitioners and other relevant professionals/voluntary workers, consists of 3 online sessions covering different aspects of the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), an immigration regime introduced by the Home Office in March 2019. You can attend as many as you want.

** You must make a minimum donation of £1 per session to join. However, we are encouraging a donation of £5 – 10 per webinar, if you are able to do so. Citizens Rights Project is a charity, and donations will be used to help our work providing information, advice and support to EU nationals and their family members in Scotland.
