Many of our clients, when thinking about Citizens Rights Project, probably imagine our staff members sitting in our small but cosy office waiting for another clients to sit with them at the table or connect via Zoom to support with the EU Settlement Scheme. While this is very often true, (especially regarding to our busy caseworker, Elisabeth) and for many years constituted the core of our work in Citizens Rights Project, it is not always the case. Some of our staff might seem out-of-reach from time to time, and they could be found far away from their desks, but this is due to the another type of work, no less important, that they do.
Alongside the extensive support work that we keep providing to vulnerable EU nationals, we do a lot of outreach activities, and the last week was a great example of how this looks in practise.
